Dez aster developed an interest in tattooing as a teenager when a retired Baltimore tattoo artist moved in next door to her childhood home. After a few tears of travelling the East Coast to learn, in 2011 she made her way back home to Maryland to take her tattooing career full time. She prefers, but isn’t limited to, traditional, illustrative and animation-based art, with bold lines and bright colors. She is also an adept pencil artist, painter, jewelry maker and crafter.
